@@hagenzonganjiDo you accept new players? because as soon as I got in, they kicked me out several times for no reason and not because it's bad :-( (I've been playing it since 2017, but I left it for 2 years)
@@GeckyL Hey mate, I don't own a server or something. You should be able to just join Moongamers or Simple. Those are the servers I play nowadays
@@hagenzonganji oooh, it's ok, anyway the pc I'm using in the meantime is so bad that the Btf1942 runs at 15 fps with everything at minimum, including draw distance, but it's hard to get a pc at a good price
The good old days. What I loved was we almost had a different mod to play for every day of the week.

I was trying to play this game yesterday, but when I join a server with a high video resolution the screen turns black. You have a patch or something?
I never ran into this myself so I'm not sure what the solution is. I can set the resolution to 4k with no issues. Have you tried activating Directplay? -> answers.ea.com/t5/Other-Battlefield-Games/Battlefield-1942-Black-Screen/td-p/6132369. You can also try searching for a solution on Google.
I always use the 'Battlefield 1942 HD TechTeam' download and it works perfectly. I'm pretty sure it's this torrent: team-simple.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=656
