I miss Paul Jabara. He could've gone on to write and perform so many great things. Imagine him today with the internet and social media! He's one of those stars who wouldve been perfect for today's era, probably discovering and writing for new talent.
Paul went to my high school and this year we are honoring him during our production of The Prom. He is our legend and we live out the life he fought for in our halls.
...any Paul fan KNOWS he just performed "Yankee Doodle Dandy" (with some VERY hidden subtext in the 'Dandy'...); Dick Clark seemed to REALLY like him, Dick became so ANIMATED around him....Paul seems to be tweakin' though.... It WAS '76, y'know....
He says that he made a western movie in Italy called "La breve infelice vita dei fratelli Blue". The title was changed into "Blu Gang e vissero per sempre felici e ammazzati", released in 1973 . The English title was "Brothers Blue".

Seems like he was an amazing and talented guy.
Paul wrote the song Last Dance for Donna Summer. He was very talented.

He seemed like a cool guy. Very energetic and youthful here, sorry he passed away so young. He did a lot of living in the time he had, though.
I was not alive when Paul was around but he seems like a true talent.
Rip Paul
And two years later he won an Oscar...
three
That’s me Jerri Bocchino (bokeno) and my sister Chrissy with Paul! What a blast from the past! Loved him dearly!

Imagine if Paul Jabara had been able to collaborate with Andrew Lloyd Webber and wrote a musical together
Judging by the outfit Paul is wearing, he no doubt performed "Yankee Doodle Dandy". Would have loved to see the performance
I’m trying to find the performance! Will post when I get it!
