ALSO: I'm currently writing a novel about early Christianity, and that's very difficult because it has to be authentic. It should be funny, a lot of unusual things should happen - but the most important thing is credibility. It's easy to figure out all the conquerors - but what was it like in everyday life? I can't let the hero smoke a cigarette when he's embarrassed. What furniture was there? Did they freeze in winter? What did they find tasty? ALSO: I used to work with traumatized children and I can't do that anymore because I'm too sick... I am a Christian and was in a wheelchair 20 years ago (not anymore of course) I detest any kind of violence and humiliation - especially human trafficking...(in Europe 20,000 children are “lost” every year) Worldwide, the very worst persecution of Christians has increased rapidly - murder, torture, the whole “program”.... and Russia is on the brink of war with Central Europe. German politicians are the most embarrassing, never in my life have I been so ashamed! I mean, where are our Christian foundations? AND then comes this movie with this “fighting priest” - NEVER would I have thought that something like that should be possible... not even in the movie! That means there is always hope in some crazy, special way that is beyond our comprehension.
