Rice ithiri uppittu wash cheyyaam ennnittu soak cheyyanam .. but chile rice nnu ithu venda.. pine vellam and ghee proportions very important for perfect rice.. athu thanneya ettavum important. Also dum cheyyyunne vidham : tight sealed allengil kannal mele idumbolokke ithine effect cheyyum.. frequent aairu undaakumbo thanne perfect aairtu kittum:)
