Look man I was like u but I got Idea for u pause it and follow the notes keep doing it until u memorize it and u pause it go next one and pause But do not just like let video go running makes it hard
try slowing down the speed 😊
When it gets to the middle or the end of the song it gets too fast to keep up with it
It took me 1st attempt to do it lol
Try writing it in a book or smthing. That's what I do cause I can be slow 😅

Go to your RUclips Settings, click "Playback Control", a menu will pop up - where you can speed up, or slow down YT videos.

You can always slow down the video playing speed to learn it slowly first and get used to it. That’s what I do lol
