Thực ra làm măng ớt không khó đâu ạ, măng tre sau khi được bóc vỏ, rửa sạch, chị thái chỉ, thái đến đâu thả vào nước đến đó để nó không bị thâm, thái xong thì vớt lên để ráo, rồi cho vào lọ, cho ớt, tỏi, quả mác mật (nếu có) và cho nước muối vào. Chị lưu ý pha nước muối mặn một chút ạ. Như lượng măng trong video em sử dụng gần 1kg muối đó ạ. Chúc chị thành công! 🥰

Bamboo is a really wonderful plant i saw you somany times using bamboo for different purpose and construction but as a food it was my first experience. Many times in your earlier videos when you are selling your products the camera shows that someone next to you is selling the same little soft bamboo product. I really like to know how bamboo is eaten and today i got the information and the complete recipe too. When the basket was full and you came home, i thought it would be a lot of matirial to work today ,but then i saw that after getting the soft and consumables part ,the quantity of the waste was even more than the useful. After cleaning the cutting process is also very time and effort consuming. As i understand after watching your videos ,Garlic and Red chilly are very important part of Vietnam food culture, habit and taste. You normally put some salt also, when you are preparing a product which can he consumed in a long period, but you haven't added salt today, i saw after adding Red Chilly in the bottles you put some green beans in it, what is this and what is the working / effect of adding this ? Your made product is sure very tasty and healthy and people will enjoy by eating it, i am quite convinced. To be very honest i must tell you when you made it ready, i got a big desire to eat it and felt myself hungry too and wayer came in my mouth too , because it looked so nice and with a certainty that it is made with great love and care by a Perfectionist 😊. I want to ask you, when you cut that yong bamboo, the rest till root is still there , will the same plant after the cutting start growing again or a new one will come out ?
