How was your day, Bishop Abet! ❤ Thank you Bishop for your spirit-filled homily. Jesus was extremely candid about those who choose to follow Him. He did not offer empty promises or an easy life. He comes to offer the fullness of life.❤ Today, the Lord continues to call us to follow Him, not in the sense of physically going where He goes, but in the sense of walking in His way, living in the same generous, loving way as He did. ❤ If we are to respond to the Lord’s call today, we need a strong desire to be his follower. ❤ We also need a realistic recognition that following the Lord today won’t always be easy, and we need to trust Him in good times and in bad times.❤❤❤
