I have no idea how to get from the first position to the second position, I feel like to match the position you are in at the 2nd part I have to twist my arm to the point where it feels like it’s going to break/fall off 🫠 Hoping to keep on watching and finally get it! Are you spinning the fans while changing positions with your fingers?
@@ham6106 I find it difficult to get the back plan completely parallel to the front plane due to my lack of flexibility, as long as u keep it mirrored both sides & keep loose wrists, though it may not be perfectly parallel it's still just as effective
