Yes... Lacey vocals has changed a lot after every pregancy she had, hormonal changes affected a lot her vocals she can sing but in a lower register, her solo songs are written more like in her current vocals... and is not like she can not do them bc a year and half ago she was doing some flyleaf solo songs in the original key but she has opted to currently done the songs one key down except for All Around Me
This state was dog shit all day for sound. I was so excited to see lacy kill it and she tried so hard. But the sound guys sucked. Flyleaf what the only ones who sounded bad.
It wasn't her. The sound on this stage was dog shit all day. Everyone signed rough she just had it the worst. They could not get her mic set. Mudvayne and disturbed also sounded rough
@@sashareinhard6645 I disagree every Flyleaf performance I've heard since they reunited sounds really bad, Lacey can't sing like she used to something is super off about her voice. It's also blown out sounding even when she speaks She always had vocal issues and they have clearly gotten worse also she's said before she doesn't care if she were to lose her voice permanently, and other people who were there too said she sounded bad.
@@LizLevan she always had vocal issues? she doesnt have a normal style of singing. thats what makes her sound really cool. also i like her voice cracks
Between the obnoxious low end "hum" that pervades the entire set, Lacey's Butterfingers, and the wind feeding back through the monitors, this is the worst professional set I've ever seen from a nationally recognized "real" band, without drugs, alcohol, or "personal demons" to blame for the issues.
@@randleadventures1912 Their sound was rough. They had a low end "hum" from the bass and drum mics feeding back onto themselves, along with the wind whipping things up into a dustbowl and feeding into the mics. Lacey can't sing anymore. And she had a case of the "butter fingers". Not "Butterfingers" like I accidentally put the firs time. She dropped the wireless mic and apparently busted it and then dropped the corded mic a couple songs in. It was just a mess all over.
Handled that mic mishap like pros, hats off to the bassist for trying to be the showman that was cool
Would you mind Putting Time Stamps for Songs please? I noticed you never do it. Just wondering
This stage was horrible the entire first day. Hopefully they'll be able to fix it for today.
Facts!! Was so sad when I realized the audio wouldn't get better...
@@tituscara9878 The wind was a major issue and the stage was plagued with tech issues all day. Really disappointing.
Sound guy fired
I did the absolute best I could do man. You're fired!
Did they down tune all the songs? I was just skimming through and noticed this with Again and Fire Fire, is the whole set like this?

It's called getting older.
Man that beginning was really rough.
Korey cooper and Seth Morrison from. Skillet are on the side watching the show
Is that Ledger in the ballcap?
octane drift in the daytona speedway
She has a high voice in general so i definitely dont think she sounds awful. The sound sucked which made it worse.
Korey cooper(skillet) is on stage behind lacey watching the show
Oh neat diff perspective. I was on the other side of the massive blob of audience.

From what i can hear Lacey sounds super shakey and out of key like shes lost all control over her vocal technique.

I used to love Flyleaf but my God do they sound awful now.
Yet here you are watching them😊
she was fine, that stage shit itself the whole day. i was hyped for mudvayne too, but they ended up on this stage with similar sound issues

What part do you think is awful? Also curious what do you mean by butterfingers?

@@TravisSmith-sg8rw agreed, her voice is totally blown out, if anyone thinks she can still sing needs their hearing checked.
Y'all have no clue what y'all are talking about
I gotta agree with you. I like fly leaf but this set was awful. I actually feel bad for the band.
