@@chiickawa What I did is began from scratch. Uses the SSP class file and just the MySQL PDO connection. Earlier I was using available templating. While you work in the scratch you understand how it works and you make sure you don't make any mistakes.

The issue is on bootstrap 4 the button edit and delete don't appear
This is because these icons are part of Boostrap 3's glyphicons, which are not supported in the newer versions of Bootstrap.
