I'm deeply insulted that anyone thinks this video is faked or sped up in any way. 2) You can time the buff countdowns at the top right of the screen, or the ESO timers, with a stopwatch and see if the video is sped up. The means to check whether the video is sped up, is right in the video for all to see, but nooo, I'll accuse you of speeding up a meme video that doesn't need to be sped up, and prove to you how fucking lazy I am to see whether footage progresses in real time. Bring it. If you can prove any footage in this video is sped up with concrete evidence I'll happily eat my own shoe.

Duncan Price Doomguy can beat a titan to a pulp so I am pretty sure the recoil is going to be alright. Also the bfg is an energy based weapon not a blast chamber type so the recoil might be different.

Even the strongest dude irl would a VERY hard time keeping a gun aimed at a target if it can put out twenty 50. rounds a second, there is far to much power behind them for that to work. The BFG is not an 'energy weapon' its a plasma weapon, plasma has mass so it can give recoil. We don't know how much mass is fired when the BFG is used so I can't get any numbers on kinetic energy and such, but its safe to say there is an ENORMOUS amount of recoil from it.
Duncan Price oh yeah I forgot to recheck that the bfg is plasma however we would still take account that air and energy doesn't weigh much and the recoil should not be that horrible depending on the type of propellant it uses but I still think that the biggest impact you would get would be if the projectile exceeds the sound barrier and starts making sonic booms or acts like a jet engine/flamethrower at intervals should it not use any propellants and consume the energy that it contains. But I am pretty sure if a weapon like that is made a company would not make it so the very definition of muscle power can't take the recoil. Just think of the bfg as a standard artillery that shoots highly condensed plasma rather than shells. Also now that I think of it the story and the gameplay have different effects on the doomguy so it might vary if he can or cannot handle it.
@@mrgamerplays2333 At MINIMUM the mass of a BFG blast would be 3 grams and at most 50 grams. A BFG blast moves quite slowly, even my 260 pound out of shape ass could outrun it. Containing all the machinery needed to make that blast, would make the gun weight more than 300 pounds which is NOT usable in combat in any way shape or form.

Ammo efficiency is horrible, but it does makes other players turn and stare at you (especially I'm using Mirage, quadruple the fun). I have yet to get the perfect riven for this shenanigan build, and I still waiting to get my Primed Shred.

I agree with you. On one hand, I'm a bit sad that we don't have "a better Opticor", but I would love to see them do this kind of thing more, where new weapon variants just have different mechanics and playstyles, and are more side-grades based on your preference. I enjoy the Opticor Vandal a lot.
I don't get the complaints. It made the Opticor actually approachable for people who like actually shooting enemies and not corpses your friends already killed.
@@chipputer People liked the Opticor because it did big heckin damage. It wasn't ever the most meta weapon or anything, but it was fun for the stupid damage it could do with one shot. Opticor Vandal, objectively, is an upgrade because the fire rate offsets the damage cut and it's got higher base stats all around. But it took away from the Opticor what made it popular - the absurd burst damage capability.
Simply put it in MCGamerCZ words,It is a side grade,especially since the normal one does a truck ton of overkill damage,vandal is good for constant damage,normal is good for burst
Shoulda been an opticor dual pistols set. Dual Minicors wouldn't have pissed in anybody's cheerios if they did less damage and fired faster, but this abomination fixed every problem with the vanilla Opticor at the cost of the very reason people liked and used it in the first place.
my problem with the opticor vandal is that, its basically the ferrox. more fire rate(that is wasted), in place of slower charge time.more damage and higher status chance, but less crit damage and crit chance. Higher reload speed, but less ammo(both in the magazine, and max ammo. the only thing that is trully superior is the area damage in place of the gimmicky throw. seriously, they should instead call it the Prototype Ferrox instead!

I agree with you. On one hand, I'm a bit sad that we don't have "a better Opticor", but I would love to see them do this kind of thing more, where new weapon variants just have different mechanics and playstyles, and are more side-grades based on your preference. I enjoy the Opticor Vandal a lot.
I don't get the complaints. It made the Opticor actually approachable for people who like actually shooting enemies and not corpses your friends already killed.
@@chipputer People liked the Opticor because it did big heckin damage. It wasn't ever the most meta weapon or anything, but it was fun for the stupid damage it could do with one shot.
Opticor Vandal, objectively, is an upgrade because the fire rate offsets the damage cut and it's got higher base stats all around. But it took away from the Opticor what made it popular - the absurd burst damage capability.
Simply put it in MCGamerCZ words,It is a side grade,especially since the normal one does a truck ton of overkill damage,vandal is good for constant damage,normal is good for burst
Shoulda been an opticor dual pistols set. Dual Minicors wouldn't have pissed in anybody's cheerios if they did less damage and fired faster, but this abomination fixed every problem with the vanilla Opticor at the cost of the very reason people liked and used it in the first place.
my problem with the opticor vandal is that, its basically the ferrox.
more fire rate(that is wasted), in place of slower charge time.more damage and higher status chance, but less crit damage and crit chance.
Higher reload speed, but less ammo(both in the magazine, and max ammo.
the only thing that is trully superior is the area damage in place of the gimmicky throw.
seriously, they should instead call it the Prototype Ferrox instead!
