Your lessons have spoken to me. I have always been a Muslim but never realized it until later in life. I was in Turkey this summer and the experience of hearing the call to prayer every day was a call back to God. I have committed to learning Arabic to better understand and appreciate the Quran…in sha’ allah
May Allah bless you with the best in this world and the hereafter. I am so grateful to you for sharing your experience with me, I cannot thank you enough. May Allah make it easy for all of us to learn and practice the teachings of Islam.
MashaAllah, I live in UK but I am originally from B'desh, it is so nice to know that my lessons are reaching my brothers and sisters in Bangladesh. May Allah bless you and make it easy for you to learn Arabic.
SubhaanAllah. Many thanks for this beautiful, highly educational series - most vital and beneficial. Maa shaa Allah. JazaakAllahu Khayran Katheera. BaarakAllah feekum.
These are very good lessons. And I keep coming back to them. I also downloaded so when on a plane traveling I can pass the time learning. You are very humble and you inspire. جزاك اللهُ خيرً
Sir I am happy to learn Arabic from your lessons The Arabic language teaching by you perticularly grammar is excellent and explaination is also good keep it up God bless you in all respects Thank you
I do not normally leave comments but wanted to say thank you. I am not Muslim, but always wanted to learn the Quran and this video is slow enough and easy enough for me to follow. I see the sakun as a 0 over the letters is that just a different font?
Thank you for your comment, this is much appreciated, and it a joy to know that you have found the methodology beneficial. You are most welcome and I hope the lessons continue to bring you benefit. Yes Sukun can be written a number of ways in Quranic and Arabic scripts the small 0 is one such diacritic mark used for it.
Looks like a nice series, The Arabic Sheikh's voice style is disturbing but overall presentation is good. Perhaps too simple after covering your whole Noun and Verb series. Waiting for more. Jazakullahu khairan.
Thank you for your feedback. This series is only for learning basic meaning, vocabulary, and message of the everyday Arabic. It does not cover any grammar.
Assalamu Alaykum Ustadz.. may Allah bless you with Jannah. Ya Ustadz i have a question, " What is the difference between أعوذ بالله and معاذ الله ? aside from being a verb and a noun, is there a particular instance to use these phrases? Shukran wa jazakAllahu khayran.
Walikumuslaam, I am sorry Questions like these are not easy to Answer in brief text. Also in order to fully understand the difference between the two will require detailed explanation. As far as I know, there is no mention in Hadith of when to use معاذ الله - However as a term it is used in Arabic frequently and also pre-islamic period. So it is an Arabic phrase commonly used and there is nothing wrong with its use. It is also used 2 x in the Quran (as far as I can see) 12:79 and 12:23 (in Surah Yusuf). For meanings please see the references.
Aozobillaminashshaitan Alhamdulilla subhanalla Allah huakbar. Brother the basis of your spiritual lessons is stop Shaitan to lead us to the fire. Our father had no want Yet Shaitan deceived him. Us? But the knowledge I hope I can learn from your other lessons. I may have to contact you Salamulikum
