I live here and you did a beautiful job. If any of you want to move here 1 bedroom apts start at (if you don't want a crappy one) 1500 two bedroom is about 2000. :) love this place so many things to do.
I miss the down town square looking like that with the road still going from 4th street to 3rd street. The Wednesday night market was way better back then too when it still went down forth street and not in the new square now it really takes away from the experience not being able to walk up and down the street looking at the all the stuff in the market
I grew up in Santa Rosa I went to slator jurnor high. And montgomery high. Santa Rosa high and even the continuation school next to Santa Rosa high and all of that property that burent and all those million dollers homes weren't even there that was a place we could go and party with all our friends and drink all night long and no one could find us. When you walked around town you knew e everyone and they knew you. We would all get together and rent a grange for the weekend and party together till dawn everyo e every weekend. I marred into a well known family the sargents on Corby they had 7 kids and dad sargent along. With his best friend fredrickson they rebuilt old cars and they went to the Lyons club fathuly I married the middle child Steven he knew everyone Santa Rosa was a beautiful fun loving town we use to take the hotrod's out on fourth st and race for pinks. Just like in the movie but this is the town it all came from you couldn't get though town there were so many hotrod's it truly was Graffety the movie only this was real of course this was a long time ago I'm 57 now
Gods Country About 1 hour North,South East or West there you are in one place you get it all ( in one area ) No where Else I have Traveled 69 downunder New Zealand Fiji etc.....71 all of Europe- England to the highest place there Zurich ...If you have a negative about America I love Santa Rosa as I knew it because you be right back before the plane lands like Brooks went down under he beat the plane back (home sick)
I’m planning on applying to SRJC. However, I’m hesitant. I’ve lived in LA most of my life. I’m wondering how different my surroundings will be? What is the vibe and feel of Santa Rosa? And does anyone think it will be a good transition?
O M G! I love Santa Rosa I'm planing to go there in the summer But I don't know. I am scared of been in the city. In my own City where I was born. I live in Ga and I've become a Southern Girl.♥ I'm a jumper and a barrel racer. I ride horses. I ain't afraid of anything or anyone. And I damn sure ain't afraid to tell you how I feel. By the way I loved the statue of the horse. I don't know if its new or old because I came to Ga when I was 1 year old and haven't benn there since 2000.

I love Santa Rosa and I just been there a couple times.
i miss santa rosa...i joined the marines and im stuck in fort leonarwood MO till june 21...hopefully i get stationed in cali so i can be close to home
Used to live there as a kid, still have friends I keep in touch with. What I would give to go back again, perhaps raise a child of my own there.

if u don't like downtown santa rosa go to Windsor just to the north that's where I live its lovely(or helsburg)
