The only information i think to add is that you can use Q to reset AA and add an extra jump, so if you want to gap close a good combo is AA-Q-AA. If hail of blades is up just auto gives faster movement, but if you are chasing without hail of blades then AA-Q-AA is optimal I think. Of course Arrow knows this I am just typing for anyone newer to Kalista in the comment section it might be useful to

But this video just changed that! I am definitely going to start playing her and try to implement all the great tips you gave. Im kalista main and i think you have covered everything.Of course there are much more wall jump but these are quite situational and also i take lethal tempo as a rune to not be too much outscaled and idk its preferable but i take tenacity rune instead of attack speed and i think its better because u dont have to have much as owing to your jumps will slower your landed aa. By the way very worth-watching film.keep grinding

Great guide! I think you can add a section about kiting, I configure A key to attack move so I attack the closest to my pointer. Problem appear when I use A to kill a caster minion on the back because I jump forward if I use A
The only thing I can think of that's missing is triple rend. since rend damage does more on the first spear, and it auto rends spears in the air when they hit, you can aa, aa, q, e and if you time it right you get 3 of the full strength rends.
@@Arrowlol yes please I feel Kalista is so unplayable and I feel like I’m missing so many strengths and weaknesses. I feel one slow and I can’t play the game. But I’m Diamond and my challenger adc main friend insists she’s broken so idk where she’s at right now
yea we didn't have runes. Sorry about that. I would recommend HOB IF you are with CC sup vs Squish. I would go Lethal tempo vs Tanky sup. But tbh, it is all your preference. sometimes, i do make mistake jumps with HOB rune, so i do not like that much but i take HOB because it is just very powerful in early~mid game. If i need some consistence dmg, i go Lethal Tempo. Builds are easy. and will be same always. BOTRK>Runan> depends on situations up to you. QSS, BT, IE, LW, anything good for your situation.
