There's no backing track in the song. If you're referring to when Chad sings "She is the night scene, bar queen..." - that's just him singing into another microphone that distorts his voice.

Normally, a band like this and on a big stage, should be playing some backing tracks with daw and mono system, they don't have time to switch a multi sound effect on stage......
So this is why there is just 2 guitar but sounds like multiple out put tracks, there must be some backing track in some lines
