- Starting a Business is No Joke. Starting a business can be such a stressful process. In this video I share my journey in starting a new nursing business and the hiccups I have come across so far. I am grateful for your honestly and raw advice in this process. Thanks for posting! I live in south America and have had a scrub business for about 5 years now. There is so much frustration to go around! I resell brands but am having trouble finding wholesalers of brands for a good price and most of all i dreaaammm about starting my own scrub brand. Can you or someone provide some insight in these areas? Much appreciated

When you say you sent them samples.. did you have samples made to share with the manufacturer/vendor or just sketch and material requirements? I’m in the process of creating my scrub designs and I’m working with a seamstress to create my vision. Currently researching Chinese vendors as well. Still a little concerned about the sizing charts they use, although some say American sizes and some say Asian sizing. Idk... you’re right though.. it’s no joke!!! Wishing you the best through all!
The sizing can be such a struggle to get exactly what you want. Even when i provided measurements it still seemed difficult to get the correct sizing. I had samples sketched to share with the vendor. Best of luck on this journey.

Just starting my own side hustle now finding nurses remote jobs. The need is there but I did not go to business school! So figuring all this out as I go- figuring out if I need to to get a lawyer now or if can wait. What best payment tool to use - PayPal versus something else, etc. Any advice welcome especially in the payment area!

This is super accurate and I'm soo happy I'm not the only one that goes through this.
When it comes to starting a business as I'm a new business owner in the works right now. I even went to the ER because I thought I was having heart condition but long story short everything came back negative. That's how I knew I was having anxiety/stress(and I thought I was strong enough to not stress). As for us in general being a minority, I believe it all depends where you live at. It's a bunch of Filipino nurses than Caucasian nurses in the west side of the United States but at the end of the day as a black woman we are minority in alot of things I wish we wasn't. 💞
Us sisters have to stick together. Thank heavens it was anxiety and not something more serious. Best of luck on your business venture. It’s challenging but the end result will be worth all the palpitations 😊
