Denis, if I am not mistaken (who am I to judge?) then this is the most special interpretation I have ever heard of this piece. I think, I would not have the courage to play Mozart away from his time (or is this "his" time?). Your interpretation opens another insight into the world of Mozart. Your skill is obvious in doing so. I highly recommend to listen.
Very original and well thought. Some Beethovenian sides sometimes. I especially like your introduction, rather deeply and originally felt also. Great performance. Bravo.
Woah! I'm learning this piece right now and frankly I'm kinda struggling to find time to master it. I'm definitely using this as an inspiration for my interpretation, this was amazing 🔥🔥
I am doing this piece for my Royal Irish Academy of Music exam (grade 8 , it's the final grade before Senior) .Maybe I will check out your lessons ! Thanks
A very special/original interpretation indeed! I just listened to Daniil Triffinof's interpretation (he plays it a lot slower). I guess Mozart's Fantasia is one of those pieces where you can use your imagination more freely...it's a fantasia after all...I now have to come up with my own interpretation! :)
I love your variations in the tempo. I also had the tendency to do the motive from 2:04 faster like how you played it, but my piano teacher wants a more classical approach. I had the tendency to do the chromatic scale really fast just because I can but interesting that you do it ritenuto.
I hope you will improvise your own coda to this piece, replacing the innocuous final ten measures created by Muller. I very much like what Uchida has done and there are many other opportunities to conclude this magical piece. Thank you for your classic performance!

Incredible performance.. thank you 👏
Thanks so much for this, I'm playing this exact piece at the moment and will really help my interpretation
Wow this gave me goosebumps, definetly the most touching interpretation i've heard so far. Very cool!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for commenting!

Love the opera crossover

The dramatic hand gestures are a little over the top, but nicely played.

It’s too subjective, for example I am not much convinced by Uchida’s version, and find Müller’s one much closer to Mozart’s style 😅
