Yeah they have become a sort of nuisance on our roads here in Jamaica. I think the VOXY is the newer type than the Noahs. Some even come with Sport paddle shifters and probably have a little more sportier settings than normal Noah\Voxy.

this is smaller
The alphard is larger and usually comes with a V6 rather than a 4 cylinder, alphard is also much much nicer interior wise.
