National Record Office
A Uk govt facility which gives limited access to declassified and "30 year rule" records. They are all stored UNDER this facility in a massive bunker. They get brought up for you to read upon request.
I thought this drone footage might come in useful to those doing research work on what this place does.

Matt was great seeing the above buildings it’s strange though it looks like a modern day bunker with windows behind the concrete slits 👍😊

nice footage matt .all look new
A very nice bit of drone footage there m8
is this the building that has mechanized storages? I saw a program on a story recorded in a book (can't remember what) that was reteling something recorded in another book that existed - if I'm not mistaken - in a National Archives storage building that was not for public access, but they let the program record inside. It showed an immensely tall and deep storage worked by a mechanized mechanism that kind of reminded me of 2 films: the mechanized store of doors form Monsters Inc, and also reminded of the room of storage of profecies in the ministry in Harry Potter, so tall the storage went.... ever since I've been trying to find another video take of the place, find out were it is.. etc.
Nice video as ever, maybe a first in that all the 'secrets' in this bunker are available to access if you know what to ask for! It changed to the "20 year rule" back in 2013 by the way.
20 year... never heard that.
@@MatthewWilliamsFly I don't think there was much fanfare about it but they started releasing two years at a time to catch up, so in 2013 they put out 1983/84, 2014 1985/86 etc.
