My CLA45 SB C117 went to 431 break hp with 639 Nm of torque after a simple stage one tune. Get's a little hard getting all that power to the ground though, can't do a race start without spinning the back tires anymore :p
Yeah, why not. A regular 2.0 TDI with 190 HP or the 2.0 TSI is enough to go 230km/h when you floor it. But then it's not that "easy cruising" but more squeezing it out. You can do 230km/h even in a full size Van, for example I did 234km/h with a Mercedes V300d.

It's surprisingly spacious, also the space above your head is much better opposed to an A class for instance. In terms of comfort, it's comfortable, you can't expect anything else from Mercedes can you?

my father has got a c class edition C amg pack we hesitated with a cla 250. The problem with the cla is the coupe designe which make backseats so uncomfotable... even in the cb
I have a 2021 Mercedes a45s and it used to have a lot of pops & bangs when i downshift or when i go to 4k rpm or higher while accelerating. But since a week or two ago it stopped producing pops & bangs when I release the throttle or when I downshift. Does anyone know why that is? It still makes one pop when I upshift while applying throttle like it always used to do.
I have the same year (2017) Gla 45, its a blast to drive. especially after the downpipe, intercooler, intake and heat exchanger upgrades. I havent tuned the ECU yet, but its already so much better. Its almost impossible to drive without speeding, and using the paddles. Honestly i beat mine so bad and it just asks for more. My front tires are missing chunks from our bad roads, and my personal attempt to be a rally driver. It has the crazy ability to just get to 150 from 100 like nothing. slow down, pass a car and boom 150+ again, with what seems like little effort. If you have the means, I highly recommend it

The cabin was shaking and rattling everywhere and the car didn’t feel stable at all at normal highway speeds (120-140kph) Idk how is the case with the 45 version. I can’t fault the E63 that I have had for a while, but it should be given that’s it was basically at double the price.

The first CLA 45 and A45 had some trouble with the engine. No wonder actually. Don‘t know about the facelift or the current model tho.
