Never mind the shunting, excellent though it certainly is……what a magnificent layout 👍

That's a quite nice combination of an inglenook with proper modelling.
Really enjoying to watch the movements of the rolling stock.
    Well done !
    Best wishes

    Hi.
Lovely Saddle Tank and rake of wagons. Maybe add an extra siding to make the puzzle more complex. And replace the dreaded tension locks with magnetic couplings. So much easier to 'push' apart and no problem with them coming apart on such a small rake of rolling stock. Just a suggestion mate.
    Paul. 👍❤

Lovely looking layout! It is far becoming a bug bear of mine, but why is point motor technology so terrible? Why does it have to sound like a shotgun blast every time a point is shifted? I am going to stick to rods under the table until someone comes up with a better idea. Anyhow, love the randomiser idea and the look is great! Loads of playability. Really nice! Chris @ Wealdhurst.

I know what you mean on the point motors. I’ve since upgraded to some servos which are much quieter and more satisfying to watch.

Hi - have you had a look at the Mega Points Controller system. They use servos for point motor control, much quieter.
