Dean!!! I'm so stoked that you review the mod and even more stoked at how tickled you are by it. I'm a long time follower and I greatly respect your opinion sir. Thank you🙌
I’ve been using the copper Dreamer for a couple of weeks, and have been 100% satisfied with it. Great to have a well-made mech with a number of thoughtful design touches for a very reasonable price. Thanks for all the detail in your review, Dean!
I have had the brass one for about a week and I love it. I got it with the Lucid rda and they look beautiful together and the vape is wonderful. Best mech I have. Thanks for another good review.
I wanted to buy this mechanical mod. Searched for info about it and I saw your video. Really the testing you made, made me buy this mod in full copper. Thanks for the video Vaping Biker and for your time spending analyzing the voltage drop!
I have loved the looks and function of this mech, just from the reviews of course, as I don't have one yet...but I am going to work on that :) Great job Stan and Times Vapes! Really nice review Dean! Brother, after your program with Mooch, showing 20650's outperforming all those other batteries, I have been sharing that as much as possible, I think manufacturers and designers need to incorporate 20650 into their designs! Thank you Dean and Mooch! LOL
I have an SS winging its way to me as I type ! I intend to use it as my ‘daily banger’ so glad you saw it that way too ! Intending on Shoving an SS US1 Atty and or DejaVe RDTA on top ... can’t wait ! Keep those voltage tests coming !
All through the video I was thinking "it sounds like Dean, but what's with the dodgy wig & vaping with a tank?". Glad to hear you're getting a haircut. :-) The Dreamer is definitely on my shopping list, those ergonomics look awesome, but it's a little hard to get down here in the merry old land of Oz. I might have to wait a little bit.
I just got one, it's black over brass and have it topped with a black Apex RDA... really really enjoying this mod. It performs very well. thanks for your review Dean :-)
So this is the first video of yours that Ive watched and I gotta say man Very Well Done Sir!!! Video quality and editing is on point without a doubt. Your also very thourough and extremely knowledgeable about vaping. Youve most definately earned my subscription aswell as a big fan!!! Really enjoyed this video!!! #vapinginalabama #cloudbrewvaping
I have black on brass and run with my tm24 pro. Couldn't find a copper in stock. But I love it as it is. I go back and forth with my dreamer and my SQ all the time. Practically retired my regulated mods.
I'm not huge into mechs, but would like to have a couple of descent ones that don't cost an arm and a leg. May pick up the black one when it comes out. Thanks Dean.
I'm really thinking about getting a mech mod and I'm really liking this one but hope they can come out with one that's coated with black that's my style
"When it sits in your hole"!!! bahahaha :-). The fact that it's size and shape makes that possible if desired, makes that the best blooper of 2018 for certain!! :-). Thank you from New Zealand Dean, I got a real chuckle out of that m8. Awesome review!!
I just ordered some of those of 20650s after seeing the results of mooch’s testing. They look phenomenal. (I ♥️ his new channel btw) I’ve got several 18650➡️20700 adapters that I rarely need (just the one for the Pulse if my ijoy 20700s are dead or elsewhere). I figure I can adapt them pretty easily to fit a 20650. Might be I can just hack off most of the silicon and it’ll fit. We’ll see.
Joe Arnold you can definitely do that. I would use a hard delrin adapter from a 20700 mod though. That way you have no give and the battery can't move around orsquish the silicone adapter. A 20650 is only 5mm shorter than a 20700 and the same diameter😉👍
Dean. Nice review sir. I saw these one other time on here, but wanted to see them again. Those are some very sharp mods. I really like the way that the brass one looks. If i remember correctly, which sometimes doesn't happen, the pin that had the deep grooves some people had gotten just a smidge of arcing on it. Have you had any issue with that happening over use with it?
+RandomHavoc arcing tends to happen with most mechanical mods RH, this certainly doesn't arc excessively compared to other devices. I don't build crazy low so don't have much of an issue
Thumbs up as always Dean. Do you actually have the new shorty mech from Sub Ohm Innovations in your queue? Received mine today and love the new button a lot. Would love to see your review on it. Cheers from Germany
Hey Dean I have a question. I'm not new to vaping especially with mechs. My builds usually come out to .15-.32. Normally I wouldn't worry but when I went to the site it showed a power graph and it says to stay in green to get optimal vaping. Would it still be ok to use my builds? And yes I use Sony VTC5A batteries
So i've been doing a lot of research on mechs because i wanna replace my duvo v3, and it's honestly brought up more questions than answers. I was thinking about the dreamer as that seems to be really good, but I am not sure. I wanna get something that can hit very hard (so copper most likely, since I have a budget of $150). Should I get a competition mod instead if i want something that hits heavy? the subzero x is pretty cheap, as well as a standard ronin. I was also considering brass, but I'm scared to go that route because i'm afraid it will hit significantly softer than any copper mod would. What would you recommend for something that can hit very hard? It's not gonna be a daily driver most likely, since I have other things for that but if i fall in love it might be :P
There was one product I didn't review because the manufacturers had no intention of distributing it outside of the USA. This is something that can be available anywhere
I really..really appreciate that you are giving us some voltage drop info! As you say, your equipment and methods may not be industry standard but fact that you are making the effort is truly laudable. I'd love to see how these hit when Samsung finally releases the 30T. Just a heads up.. while $90-$100 is a fair price for a Chinese made mod of this quality, I just found the Stainless, Brass and Copper (Authentic) on 3FVape all for under $50 US! I'm ordering the copper and will pair it with a Bravo RTA. Thanks for all you do for the vaping community! EDIT: After watching your review to confirm that this was a good mod, I returned to 3FVape to complete my purchase. Disappointingly, the Dreamer mod now showed "Sold Out" and the price had risen to $90 US! I rechecked all three versions that they'd previously offered for less than $50, and found that all had risen to $90 and were sold out! Bummer! Sorry I got everyone's hopes up...
Thanks Phil, I've not had that issue with the new pin to be honest, although I will agree that the original one is much harder to clean, however you only have to clean the top so a rub on a rubber mouse mat and job's a good'un
Phil Vee a little white vinegar bath and a slight scrub with a wire brush will clean the multi point pin right up. However people are too worried about it imo. The points are making the contact, not the valleys. I've been using these pins for months and months with only one cleaning on 1 out of 6 mods. 😉👍 hope you have fun with it
Hey dean, here nice and early this time, quick question about your conditions how does it affect your riding ? can imagine being in constant pain would be a nice thing on the bike.
I can't ride on two wheels currently as my legs don't work well enough, I'm hoping to save up to get my main bike triked in the future so I can get on the road again
Definitely, I think I've had most of the models by now, was half way through making my old 1100 a low rider and made all the tins, but then sadly the illness stopped me working on projects like that - otherwise I could have triked the Black Spirit myself.
Well after 45 years in manufacturing I know what I'd rather be making and selling, a Dreamer much rather than a Think Vape Finder DNA 250C which can both be purchased for under 100 GBP delivered. But there's only the Finder that would get my dosh! I'm sorry but Mech's just don't add up to me! and yes I do know how to use I=V/R been using it all my working life ;o) But each to his own, eh!
Dean!!! I'm so stoked that you review the mod and even more stoked at how tickled you are by it. I'm a long time follower and I greatly respect your opinion sir. Thank you🙌
+TenaciousTXVapes Thanks fella! I think you did a great job 👍😃🤘

Thanks for the closer look at the Dreamer. I appreciate the voltage drop tests you do.
I’ve been using the copper Dreamer for a couple of weeks, and have been 100% satisfied with it. Great to have a well-made mech with a number of thoughtful design touches for a very reasonable price. Thanks for all the detail in your review, Dean!
Love the way they’ve given two ways two enjoy the ergonomics on the tube. Thanks Dean
I have had the brass one for about a week and I love it. I got it with the Lucid rda and they look beautiful together and the vape is wonderful. Best mech I have. Thanks for another good review.

Thanks for your time MrDean!!!
Great review!!!

I wanted to buy this mechanical mod. Searched for info about it and I saw your video. Really the testing you made, made me buy this mod in full copper. Thanks for the video Vaping Biker and for your time spending analyzing the voltage drop!

Good review Dean nice looking mods
Well done Mr. Biker
Great vid, if you ever do decide to get rid of one throw it my way lol
Thanks. I have two dreamers and think they are a steal for the money. In fact, I think they are as good as any of my 20700 tube mechs.
All through the video I was thinking "it sounds like Dean, but what's with the dodgy wig & vaping with a tank?". Glad to hear you're getting a haircut. :-)

I dont know but can you with a tank of it petrudes at the bottom?
Very detailed
I just got one, it's black over brass and have it topped with a black Apex RDA... really really enjoying this mod. It performs very well. thanks for your review Dean :-)
Nice! The black is a colour that got a lot of people excited! Glad you're enjoying it :)

Beautiful mech mate, I want one lol
I can't wait for the black cerakoted copper version. Stan said that they are coming soon. I also want the polished stainless steel version.
they are out now
I have black on brass and run with my tm24 pro. Couldn't find a copper in stock. But I love it as it is. I go back and forth with my dreamer and my SQ all the time. Practically retired my regulated mods.
Ah, voltage testing. I don't see anyone else doing that. Lou just goes by feel
Ooooo they look amazing for the price 😍😍😍💨💨💨💨
I'm still using mine, really like them :)
Just got my first two mech tubes. They are just china clones but i love them more than my regulated mod.
Good stuff, man!. . . I finally FINALLY get a Broadside, and now we got another one!!?
Hah, gotta love the Vaping Rabbit hole
LOL the challenge of the hobbyist vaper ;-)
"When it sits in your hole"!!! bahahaha :-). The fact that it's size and shape makes that possible if desired, makes that the best blooper of 2018 for certain!! :-). Thank you from New Zealand Dean, I got a real chuckle out of that m8. Awesome review!!

just saw this. Thanks
I ordered the brass dreamer a moment ago and came to re-watch this video in anticipation

Nice one biker good review matey any word when the black one is gonna be released?
Thanks jake duff I've been after one for ages and all that's coming up is the American vendors that don't ship to the UK.
Does the adapter also act as a safetey feature?

Thought you didn’t do reviews on products which couldn’t be found in the uk ?
There was one product I didn't review because the manufacturers had no intention of distributing it outside of the USA. This is something that can be available anywhere
Bring on black and a stack and Australian availability and consider one sold ✌️🍻💨💨💨

I can't ride on two wheels currently as my legs don't work well enough, I'm hoping to save up to get my main bike triked in the future so I can get on the road again
Shit, bad times brother. The trike idea sounds cool, fan of the shadows I see, gorgeous bikes :)
Definitely, I think I've had most of the models by now, was half way through making my old 1100 a low rider and made all the tins, but then sadly the illness stopped me working on projects like that - otherwise I could have triked the Black Spirit myself.
