I love Keisha and this interview. I have gone to three of her concerts and when I use to be a basketball mom I stayed until after all games were played except on Tuesdays when her show "The Way it Is" was on. I use to leave my daughters games right after the girls played on Tuesdays to get my wings and get home in time to watch faithfully! Anyway about the marriage part I know lots of people that are married and loyal to the marriage but not loyal to the spouse lol! Men are smart in some sense because they aren't happy but put on as if they are. I think it's because they know that their ass is going to be old one day and that lady will take care of them. Maybe in the age they are now it's not worth it but when they are old it will be I guess. Kmsl! I would never fake happiness life is to short. My husband and I separated back in 2014 and got back together around 2017 but still lived separately it just worked and I can honestly say we are now good!When we link up on the weekends it like honeymooning. Even in the house with my husband of 17 yrs I may not have on makeup but my hair is not in a bonnet until my head is hitting the pillow. He doesnt care at all but that's just me. Maybe in the age they are now it's not worth it but when they are old it will be I guess. Kmsl! I would never fake happiness life is to short. My husband and I separated back in 2014 and got back together around 2017 but still lived separately it just worked and I can honestly say we are now good!When we link up on the weekends it like honeymooning. And I can also relate to her saying she feels that she always has to be together even running to the store because I am that way. Even in the house with my husband of 17 yrs I may not have on makeup but my hair is not in a bonnet until my head is hitting the pillow. He doesnt care at all but that's just me. No torn gowns or raggedy panties lol. Luckily although I wear makeup my skin is flawless and I look good without it because if I didnt I swear I'd wear at least eyeliner to bed. 🤣Anyway all of my books are available on Amazon titled Waiting on my Cue and its sequel No Longer Waiting and That Diamond is something Serious.
