I know you can survive forever, but I’m just trying to take as much damage as you possibly can (like being oneshot) plus someone’s already made a video on surviving forever in showdown using that method

So, you can try pocho or berry and heal pad to heal Frank with the modifier, or the mortis one but with the overpowered Frank.
The spike one is good tho, maybe this technique can work with other things coming in clutch.
@AngelDustAltAcc poco or berry healing tick would be better, higher healing but lower smoke damage, I could probably get it to one shot tick
