Tom! I would highly recommend getting Tesla Powerwalls installed, so that you can store cheap energy overnight, and then use it throughout the day. Also will work with your solar panels! Might also be worth thinking of upgrading the solar if possible too

Tom, instead of your solar panels feeding straight into the grid, I’d put an inverter battery system in place. I have a 15KW solar array feeding into 2 x 48V battery banks and then my house feeds off the batteries. It makes us use nearly all the energy we generate from the solar instead of the electricity being dissipated in to the grid. 🔋🔋🔋🔋

This video was brilliant. I love how Alice has the typical sibling mistrust, of your gonna prank me. I also get what your saying about the football, it's the atmosphere that's enjoyable. I've never been to a match but I like seeing arsenal when there on TV women's and men's teams, cause I enjoy seeing the players.
If you ever take a fancy for an exciting action packed atmosphere, let me know cause I referee wheelchair basketball, from a sports wheelchair I should add lol. The atmosphere is electric, your more than welcome at any of gamedays over here in Northern Ireland. Plus we've plenty of good views trust me on that it's why I'm still here after 17 years since moving from England 😂.

Tom, 2 questions regarding your Solar Panels and power bills
1: Do you have a battery and inverter paired with your solar install? Having a battery storage system will allow you to essentially run your house "off-grid" when the batteries are charged meaning you are importing nothing from your energy provider.
2: Are you on the correct tariff with your energy provider to be able to export and import energy for what you are using?
Reason why I ask, when you have the correct meter, solar inverter and all the other necessary components, your energy provider can monitor what you are using compared to what you are producing and therefore will only send you the power you need and therefore only charge you for what you use compared to a set rate.

Get more solar panels as you can .they're so cheap at the moment .Also, get some batteries and sign ot octopus energy . I'm managed to reduce my electricity bill from £180 to £25 a month all year round and my house is on electric heaters too. Good luck, and thank you for your energy 😄
