Tool: Cm2
1.Select loader
2.Unlock bootloader
3.Read dump or have same or higher firmware ver
4.Use mdm fix and build with scatter
5.Load built mdm file
6.Untick all partitions
7. Select only Super
8. Flash with no repartition or format whole flash
9. Boot phone,it will auto reset
Setup and enjoy 😉
*use latest cm2 module
*its not guarantee all models remove plugin
*Safe not to kill preloader

Maybe you flash it with lower version, do you check build.numbe of the device???
