I believe what you are looking for is in Sarbay, or Saranggani Bay festival. but that is in May, its comparable to oktoberfest in european countries with a lot of beer and parties.
I was in Munich for Oktoberfest this year. It was crazy! Got thrown out of HB tent oN the first day. And so never went back there. Paulaner tent has the best music and ambiance!

I am not sure, but there is a probability that the port of Mindoro has a direct route to the famous El Nido, Palawan via Puerto Princesa the capital of Palawan. Marinduque & Romblon Islands which are also near to Mindoro is a must to visit.
You should stay in Makati or in BGC during Octoberfest instead going to Puerto Galera so that you guys will experience the celebration there . In 2022 , me and my wife traveled in different town in Germany through river boat and we surely enjoyed it .Watching from Florida, USA .

You can ask the hotel which beach resorts on the island of Puerto Galera are the tourist favorites. I guess White Beach is one of those.
We went to White Beach and it was really nice indeed and somehow only very few tourists there!
@@roamwithnico its normally jampacked with tourists during the HolyWeek season which is basically the summer hot season in the country.
