First time I've ever covered Evanescence and I pick a deep cut. I've had this song stuck in my head for days and it got me to pick up a guitar rather than the drums for the first time in about a week to learn it haha.

dude how do you record your covers the daw mixing and mastering ???
My signal chain in this vid: PRS Clint Lowery SE -> Line 6 Spider III HD150 -> 2 Shure SM57's (top right speaker, 1 mic at the center of the cone, another at 45 degree angle to center of the speaker cone) -> M-Audio M-Track Quad -> DAW (Audacity). I double all rhythm tracks and pan them 70% left and the other 70% right. I throw an EQ on all guitars and then I just set volume levels and that is pretty much it.
