Michelle is the best, she designed my 4” Highlander’s, I just knew the colors I wanted. Frank is a true gentleman and he fit me as well. They’re very personable and treated my wife & I like family and didn’t mind at all that we brought our pet either.

@@GentlemansJourneyso you were sized different by Franks vs Nicks in the same Last? Do your respective boots fit the same or does one feel better than the other? There is so much discussion between Nicks 55 sizing vs Franks 55 sizing, that I’m curious what your feeling was.
Great looking boots. I'm torn between Frank's & Nick's. Both have similar products and quality, but they also both have features that are unique that are attractive....
I’m not trashing Nicks products by any means but if you visited both shops and had interactions with the staff you would indeed go with Frank’s.
Get one this year and another in a year or two!!

From all of the videos I‘ve seen, Frank and Michelle seem like good people. I‘m currently saving up for my first PNW boot, really liking the Patina Thunderdome Ground Pounder in waxed flesh. Sadly, shipping and customs fees add up quite a bit.
Where ya out of? If you can ever swing it, it would be worth it. Blessings.
@@GentlemansJourney I‘m in Germany. To add insult to injury, the shipping fee is also taken into account when calculating customs fees ☹️
I know international business isn’t on top of their priority list, but I would really appreciate if Franks could offer a cheaper shipping option like DHL.
So I tried contacting them via Email and the contact form on their website. Looks like they can’t be bothered to answer so I guess I‘ll take my money elsewhere.
Interesting that Frank didn’t loop the laces in that top eyelet. 😏

I love Frank's but you might not get the customizations that you request. I requested the nail free EH option and it was accepted but they never charged me for it or did it even though it was confirmed multiple times.

Would you elaborate… I’m not sure what you’re asking. If you are referring to what kind of maintenance he does to the heels, he does nothing at all.

Funny, on every video about Franks I see this guy leaving negative comments. Even spreading false information about rubber midsoles on the Patriots when they’re clearly leather, as shown in Keith Johnsons video.
