Financial freedom is a wonderful thing.

These numbers are based on if you're a first time home buyers. Not if your an investor. But I still think multi-family is great even if you bought a single family first. Heck you can't go back and change the fact you bought a single first. It's still was an investment.

I spoke to a lender in internet today and he said that I need to find the multifamily property first and to make sure the apartments are already rented in order to add that to my total income. Otherwise it won't work. Hope to hear from you.
I guess I,ll just have to put down 25%. I bought a single family 16yrs ago. But you've still got me wanting to buy multi family for an investment. My issue that was cleared up on this video is that I bought my primary residence (Single family) 5 yrs ago and have been having trouble getting lending for a multi family trying to use FHA 203k so I can use the BRRR strategy. This video added value for real. I was really trying to use FHA but looks I'll def have to go private lending or Put down that 25% down-payment. I was trying to avoid that but with BRRRR, I should be getting my money out at the end. I can live with that I guess.

He keeps saying you can own multi family units but how do you own it if you're still paying a mortgage on it??? Also what about when a tenant moves out and it takes a few months to get another tenant
And no one has answered this question over 3 months. These are real concerns. There is a huge possibility that you can end up in sever debt you can never dig yourself out of, and worse off than you were before starting.
As soon as I find out how to do this I'm going to tell everybody how to do it for free why would I try to profit off of people who probably don't even have the money I don't know about this situation

When you say private money, do you mean hard money?
I am hearing that hard money ain’t as ez as many tubers make it.. don’t you still need 20-50% down and usually some hard asset already?

Go through NACA and then get a couple of side Hustles or work from jobs to save up. NACA will help you.
