Maybe it’s nostalgia for me. I remember playing on Mario 64 when I was a nipper at the local computes store while my dad walked around before I bought my own N64. All I can say is these are almost all out of stock in all our Smyths Toy stores (exclusive to) and it’s not the end of the month yet. I checked when I picked my 2 up and there was a few around, now in England there’s about 4 left in the whole country with Lego.com being all out long ago and very few sellers on eBay, probably as it was never on sale. Maybe it never needed to be on sale.

I really enjoyed this type of presentation. I think you need to do more of them. The only thing I say you change is the tier set names on the left. They need to have more of an investment theme names to them.

Great video format! But I must disagree with you on 71395 Question Mark Block. 😬 It’s already sold out across all retailers. It’s at $280+ on Amazon and $250+ on eBay. The set is incredibly undersupplied and I believe it will only go up in value from here. Just a small amount of demand will eat up the supply.

Also I know you don't Disney castles (which I don't either) but what do you think of the mini castles - like Agrabah etc
Oh FYI rendom number generators aren't really random. Its also why the same songs will pop up if you have a playlist set on shuffle. A computer is running an algo and is by design is deterministic. There is a good Wiki entry on this "random number generator problems"

The retired haunted mansion's performance has been disappointing so far, so there's not much data in support of the mini Disney sets. Considering that the Train Set was just on sale during Lego's "Prime Days" sale for only $59.99, would you consider this at a higher ranking if this was picked up? I got one of them.
I almost got 1 at that price! I think it will resell for around MSRP and maybe higher, so I don't think it was bad to get one (especially since you didn't go deep and get like 20 of them!). I find this info interesting. I am not a reseller but simply bought too many HP sets and now trying to sell some. Absolutely no gain made, lucky if it sells for between 50 - 70% of original price except for the sought after GWP. The market in my area seems to have lots of HP that people are trying to sell so making me a bit nervous as not much movement and a lot of low ball offers. Is it simply too much HP product being produced? Or are people hoping the demand will return when the TV show starts? The 3rd style of Hogwarts ground has started again and this is only going back to the 2018-2019 version- yikes .
Yeah, Harry Potter theme is tough right now...the universe is small (especially compared to something like Star wars), so there's a limit to the number of characters, scenes and locations to make Lego sets out of. HP Lego started almost 25 years ago...so the sets are becoming repetitive. As a result, buzz is dieing off and minimal demand. I'm also willing to bet Lego overproduced HP sets last few years, so tons of supply out there. But, with all that said, there's slight hope for an increase in demand from the new show!
