I love ❤ the seashell flower 🌼
thank you!
I'm just now finding this, 5 years late! I make roses using oyster shells, dragonflies with periwinkles and mussel shells, angels with sand and shells, driftwood wreaths or wall hangings and mobiles with driftwood, shells and sea glass. That is a very short list of what I make but being a Maine girl and growing up on the water, its always to the shore when I need supplies! These are all beautiful and I especially love what you made for your mom.
i would love to see your creations!!
@@ErinReedMakes Really? I would love to show you but where? And how? LOL Don't know much about RUclips.

Thanks so much Roro Roro for watching!
I love these! Quick question - how did you start the mussel flower? It it a couple of smaller shells part closed or did you put something between them?
I've seen these before, but your tutorial was much more clear and concise, can't wait to try them, I enjoyed your impromptu video, yay for comfy crafting clothes !
I just saw you for the first time. I make mostly wind-chimes out of seashells and beads. Thank you for the flowers tut
You’re welcome 😊
I wonder if coating them in resin would be a good idea for it to last a long time?
I love this, I live in Florida .
I needed ideas for shells.
Thank you so much for this video
You are so welcome!
I don’t know where you live but in the U.K. it’s illegal to take shells from our beaches .
this was in Canada, and many places all you to collect shells as long as nothing is living on the shell. many many shells, some so thick you cannot even walk on the beaches!
I looked at several different tutorials for making these flowers and you have the best video by far!!!!
Wow, thank you!
my friend and i loved your segment, and she makes the most beautiful flowers out of shells, and stands them on fossiled rock. and driftwood. we live in Australia. and are mad shellers. thak you for the great ideas.
How did you attach the shell flower to the driftwood?
with the same glue, add a little bit and glue it on :)
Hi there, have a good evening
Have a nice day
Hi Erin; want to try this …will collect shells when i am back in Alert Bay
they are fun to make!!
also, i got all these shells in Nanimo!
Whenever we have clams to eat that I take the shells clean them up and let them dry as I have used some shells on a mixed media art canvas, picture frames and in my outside flower planters. Really enjoyed this video on making flowers so I am really going to have to try it as the flowers are so awesome.. thanks...
I love the idea. I saw antique shell flower arrangements under glass cloches and wanted to try it myself. I think I will try hot glue gun . Thanks for sharing!
most welcome!
I've just started watching you and I have to say that you're awesome!!!! Thank You Erin
Wow, thank you!
Thanks for vidio, good luck friends...

Super cute, Erin! Love the art you created with the shell flowers and driftwood. Question...do the shells break easily when you collect them? tfs! -wendy
