I think Madrid are desperate now and are flapping over TAA. I’m not so sure they are confident in getting him in the summer which is why they’re throwing out so many options to cover until the summer. Do we know when carvajal is back? Why do they keep banging on about Trent? If they know what LFC want (if they would sell) pay it and get him in January if they’re not willing to pay it get him to sign a pre contract for the summer and end all the speculation. Why haven’t they done either? Is it because they are undecided on whether or not to pay what LFC are asking or are they just saying to Trent look we’ve got other options so make your mind up otherwise it’s off? Just a thought….

At the risk of stating the bleeding obvious and reiterating your previous comments, nobody really knows what is going on with TAA’s transfer dealings or any other player for that matter. I’ve been very surprised by the apparent numbers of LFC supporters piling in on TAA. More worryingly was his form and allowing players to run past him in the Utd game, but hey everyone has a bad game. Slot hasn’t got much wrong so far, but I think he should of brought Bradley on sooner, if his fitness allowed, TAA’s head didn’t seem to be in the game. All the contracts need resolving asap, if TAA does leave, I think after his career, he may regret it and will probably be treated the same as McManaman, but not as bad as Judas Owen. I imagine he wants to stay, but doesn’t want to undersell himself, it being the peak of his powers contractually, if he thinks LFC won’t pay him what he thinks he’s worth, he’ll go. Although RM aren’t always as white as they portray when it comes to player’s wages etc. Hopefully the apparent bromance with BellENDngham hasn’t completely turned his head, generally footballers are the brightest tools in the box, but I’d credit TAA with more nous than that. Jury out on Richard Hughes, he needs to get all the contract renewals sorted quickly either way, so maximum concentration is on the games🤞🤦♂️PS Gooners like Chelski have no class, so not surprised by their reactions towards you.
