The recent episode of the horses running loose, injuring themselves and others, shows just how dangerous horses can be. Even the most well trained horse can react to unexpected things. They're sensitive creatures. Allowing such close proximity by foolish people is a danger to the public, the guards and the horses.
If the government won't see that these military personal needed distancing from these moronic tourists then a gov petition needs to be started to get protection implemented.

lol erm no he wasn't , I suppose you could have done better while controlling a 17 hand horse with one hand , a sword in the other while a parent neglects their child ? If he'd shouted or moved the horse that boy could have been seriously injured through no fault of the Trooper .

The guard is not useless, it happened fast and shouting would panic the kid and horse more, parents should be supervising their child around a large animal.
If these people saw first hand what a horse’s bite can do, they wouldn’t go near it, but the same people will be the first to sue if someone got kicked or bitten 😡

Don't your children under the big horse alone. It is Military Horse. Naturally the horse is gentile by guard. But by rider sometimes it is violent.
