If you are brilliant you will know how to react, and even if you do make a mistake, all three houses could be greatly affected if they make a mistake like this. We learn from mistakes so that doesn't really lower the Brilliance house. And if you are needed, that means you are important, therefore making you an important part of the hype squad.
I'm wondering if you are from brilliance if there is something specific that made you think this? If so don't take it the wrong way, whatever happened might not necessarily be bad.

I agree with brilliance being the best, I like bravery due to the courage in this group, and balance, like the name suggests, is keeping it all balanced. But someone brilliant thinks beyond this, being brave is important but often means risking it all or going for it no matter what it takes, but someone brilliant will think beyond this, they will show bravery but will think things through first for things to work out. I like balance a bit better because you keep a balance between different qualities, but I think people often times confuse balance meaning balance with being brave and brilliant. But this isn't like that, in fact, if it were like this it is almost like you limit both sides, "you have to be brilliant, but not too much so you keep the balance with bravery." If this is what is understood of balance, that would mean it is not as great as it sounds because in one way you limit both quality sides. If it is a general balance between qualities that should be balanced, like time and quality when it comes to assignments (you need to do a good job on your assignments but you need to do it on time), then in a lot of ways it is the best squad. But brilliance is going beyond bravery and balance. In a lot of ways, being brave and balanced are things we are told how to do. We know how to be brave, by being courageous and taking risks. We know that balance is keeping the balance between qualities and bringing peace that way. But brilliance is not something you can search up, you have to be someone who thinks for yourself. You think beyond what you are simply being told. This is how new ideas come to mind, like gravity from Isaac Newton, and so many of Albert Einstein's ideas. In truth, all three squads need a bit from each other though, you need to be balanced and brave enough to stick out to be brilliant, you need to be brilliant to think of ways to bring balance and peace, and brave to speak up when needed. Someone brave needs brilliance and balance to react quickly and go for it all. We need all 3, but I think the most essential one is brilliance.

All three have their pros and cons.
Bravery: Great, but blind bravery makes one susceptible to fall, and bravery without some brilliance is meaningless.
Brilliance: Great, but Brilliance without bravery would go nowhere, and simply being brilliant doesn't mean one has the courage to actually change the world.
Balance: Great on paper, but can one truly bring balance to the world? Balance affects all aspects of life, and sometimes one must break from their balanced position in the name of a better future.
That is why all three are needed, and why none of these houses are the best. They complete each other. Without two extremes, there is no need for balance, without balance, there can be no extremes.
