My productivity tip for 2025 is: wake up early, sleep early. That way you get everything done in the day. This is coming from a student of Mechanical Engineering.
This is a pretty good list, thanks for sharing. What is more important is sometime the routine can break for unforeseen reasons and then it becomes challenging to get back to it.
Islam is more like Just Do It. The greatest wisdom has been handed down alhamdulliah in the first words revealed and in the beginning of Qur'an and many surahs, which is , be focused + be God conscious and everything will fall in line inshaAllah. That is the supreme success. It'll build your intentions and allow you to increase your mindfulness.

Im intrigued to know if your planned activities and schedules, do go according to your plans. Maybe as a PHD student they do. But in the workplace and generally in life, things dont go as well as we expect them to. Even with the best project managers planning Allah SWT is the best of the planners. And of course, with this type of planning and adhering to it there is a danger of being robotic. There is no room for spontaneous behaviour, or that odd complusion, which makes us human.
