This music brings sadness as it reminds me of the time my precious wife died from ovarian cancer and how alone I was when I left the hospital for the last time, driving home knowing that I would never see her glowing smile, beautiful eyes and sincere compassion! Alone to face the world where there was a time we walked step in step! It's only with my love towards Jesus that I have the strength to go on, knowing one day as in this music I will see her again and hold my sweet darling forever and ever! I miss you baby girl!!

I'm just sitting in my room, not browsing social media for once. Just having breakfast. Being aware of my surroundings. And appreciating the breakfast that I prepared myself to nourish my body. I also appreciate my body for keep doing internal work in order for me to have a happy life. I appreciate the roof above my head. I love feeling this sense of grattitude, because we often tend to take for granted what we have, not knowing the energy and love put into that.
It's bring me back as what I've missed for last 27 yrs as on the Cape.. as roam around into the forest as no one can take it from me to the river to remember what I've been though.. blessed be, peace, Love, happiness and mind within my soul.. Go free as a bird and explore wherever you go ..

I was actually crying not knowing why I was crying and then I realized it was guilt I was not asleep by 11:00 like I told my parents at night I just get so sensitive and this music helps a lot
Really deep music could make this with sensitive people. And this is wonderful ! Because you will feell better as more as you could flow your feelings outside. Not everyone will be able to do this.
