In my humble opinion, you definitely do go no contact after a breakup IF the relationship/breakup was healthy. It’s those toxic relationships where you be going back and forth after the breakup and doing the on again off again crap

Clean breakups are real adult relationships. There is no dragging no hurting each other, and you know where you stand. It's better this way. You don't need or want the toxic back and forth ish. It's literally such a waste of time and it causes too much emotional disconnect. In this scenario you might even be able to salvage the relationship down the line if you both can find a common ground. Thanks guys for another great podi! 💓 Wish you both the best!!

Poor Chy I know how you feel, I know how painful it is to not be able Togo to the bathroom. Everyday twice a day, drink alot of water, stay away from alcohol and don't eat spicy foods, buy Magnesium Citrate lemon flavor my doctor told me to take this and it has helped so much, and you can get colon cancer, take care❤

It sure is a struggle. Try probiotic multi-enzyme by spring valley. It has helped me a lot with my bowels. Im able to go more frequently without pain. The stools are soft 🙂. I have both ibs with constipation and diarrhea. These probiotics really have helped me alot along with a probiotic yogurt that winter had recommended too (coconut cult). These two together has helped with both my bowels and intestinal pain.

Winter me and my ex broke up years ago but it was like day and night. One day talking all the time and the next immediate no contact. I took it as he never actually gaf about me, but ig it sped up the healing process. Hurt like a BITCH tho 😍😍😍
