River Raid Rust in Terminal: Adding color and text based graphics

In this part, first I'll merge a nice and important PR first. This Pull Request by immmdreza will improve our code drastically. Next I'll continue by adding colors to the game using ANSI Terminal codes and will use semi-fancy UTF8 icons for our objects.
