Yep, came here to say this, it's amazing.
Also one of the reasons these FiR videos look so good is because their guy directing them used to work in the digital/visual effects industry and knows how to maximize visuals while keeping the budget low.

I let's build him up to that song. The last one that should be listened to is Ronald. Don't do that one before Watch The World Burn. Ronnie's music should be taken in steps, lol. I'm a metal head, so I'm used to it. It's still wonderful to see more people branching out their music tastes.

For those who didn't understand the song, Ronnie explains that he went through depression and couldn't get over the darkest period of his life. The chorus talks about people's perception of him, he is the "popular monster" that people have made of him in the media and on the internet. This is why rage is a central element in most of his texts. The ending explains his redemption, the little girl in the clip is his real daughter Willow. His daughter became his path to light in the darkness where he was drowning.

@@kennymccormick9292and what they said is still valid. I knew of Escape the Fate, I had heard of Falling in reverse. Heard none of the music from either band, until last year, about 3 months before this main comment was posted.
When I first heard of falling in reverse, Ronnie had already made The Drug in Me is Reimagined. That was the song that introduced me to the band and also showed me just how AMAZING Ronnie truly is. I knew NOTHING about him when I went Falling in Reverse! (Lol see what I did there lol!) I then heard Halocene’s version of Popular monster, loved it so much I thought she was the original singer, until I went into a full Ronnie Radke day because my son became Zombified by him. Popular monster by Falling in Reverse became part of our road trip play list. He’s six. I know Ronnie has a checkered past but I would rather him that some of the rap artist that have died because of drugs.

I’m a rock fan, leaning heavily into all metal genres. A lot of NuMetal also has rap in it. I introduced it to them along with the lyrics and they were surprised that they were very meaningful and relatable songs. They just thought it was a lot of screaming. They also introduced me to a lot of rap. We enjoy each others music now.

Traveling into different places out of our comfort zone helps us grow. musically and otherwise. As far as i know the main difference from rap compared to other genres is the vocals are the main leading melody as far as i know. Kinda like the lead guitar shreds in rock and metal. Where usually the vocals are less spiratic and follow the the melody at a slower pace. Im not a rap guy but we can always appreciate the lives that people led that brought out these musical pieces that they convey and almost paint a picture. Like not only do you see the painting but you see them paint it in real time and feel everything they felt

Some people don't get down to rock and metal. I don't judge them, but I will always tell them they don't know what they are missing out on. The Rock and Metal Community is legit the most warm and welcoming music community to ever exist. We aren't going to turn anyone away based on race creed or religion. We welcome all into our community with open arms and a beer after you get out of the mosh pit. Our Concerts are an open indentation to vent you aggressions and live to the fullest in the moment. As a life long metal head I welcome each and every one of you to join with us in unity under the power of music.
A suggestion to our Host for a further treck into Rock and Metal music, since he is into the Gangster stuff might I suggest the band Sabaton, and the song "Attack of the Dead Men" a true story from WW2 where 100 Dead Men drove off the German assault. Absolute banger of a song and you get a history lesson

I have a Spotify playlist of mostly rock and metal bands with black musicians and vocalists, even the extreme stuff. Suffocation, pioneers of slam death metal, had a black guitarist and drummer, in which the drummer also does hip hop now. Also, hip hop and rock has been collaborating since the 1980s. While nu metal wasn't well respected among most rock fans, it has far more staying power than people realize. Paleface Swiss just released an album and actually has two rap tracks on it, and they are a Swiss deathcore band. Tech N9ne, Ill Bill, Necro, Hyro the Hero, all are hip hop artists with associated with the rock and metal communities as well. Ice-T is in Body Count and Sen Dogg (Cyprus Hill) is in Powerflo, both alternative/rap metal bands.

Really good reaction bro! First time finding your channel. If you're looking for some good rock with POC vocalists, check out Denial by Sevendust, Bullet With A Name by Nonpoint, or if you liked having some rap in this track, check out Excuse Me by Fire From The Gods. Lots of great heavy rock out there with vocalists who don't fit the typical mold.

Knew this was gonna be great when he comes out the gate saying he's not a rock guy..
Falling in reverse will take no prisoners by putting 73 different genres in the same track. A little something for everyone.

You ain’t seen nothin yet , he is Ronnie Radke . A Genius. I’m hooked on him and his videos. And I love all his music. My favorite ... so hard to pick just one but I’m gonna go with the song he did with Jellyroll. It has it all. Comedy , Rap, Rock and Kinda a weird Country. If you do watch it don’t look away from the screen . There is so much wrapped up in it. Lots of Easter eggs. I’m claiming it as my theme song. It’s ingeniously insane.

Not a trailer, but their music videos are all mini movies. You really gotta check out their trilogy “Losing my Mind” “Losing my Life” and “Drugs”

if you think about this song's build up first part he wants to be ok but the rage takes over and he doesn't give a funk towards the end

No it's not the soundtrack to a movie but Ronnie for the last few years has been putting all of his money into the production value of the music videos and they actually do all of their music videos at Universal Studios man Top End movie quality music videos
