      mizzcobi the bolt was 52 yard but you can keep going or add as little as you want

    Great tutorial ! To make my videos myself I purchased a tripod and bought a tablet and regular cell phone attachment that screwed onto the tripod. You can find the tripod and the holder on Amazon or eBay for cheep. it makes doing your own videos so easy.

    Hello there. I love love love luv love love luv your video! I've never done this before and I'm doing a prom dress for my granddaughter and I want it to be right. She wants it in layers though starting from her knees. So I'm thinking I will need to probably put it on like you show but do 3 rows. Then cut the second and fourth layers? Thanks so much for sharing.

    i just have one question, ok maybe 2 are we using a straight stitch or zig zag, or does that matter, or does the same rules apply for when sewing stretchy vs non stretch fabrics ?

      Keyona Bell yes. Just make your center back base longer & start your Tulle st the bottom center back and follow same method

    So if you were going to do this on a tulle bottom for a dress with a train, would you need to do anything different or would the concentric circle technique work even though you'd be sewing more of an oblong route instead of a circle? Does that make sense?

      Also if you want it longer the skirt would you just start lower ? With the tulle and add more layers?

    You said put your notch on 4. Is that a zig zag stitch, since you're sewing it on ponte knit??

      Pricilla Amoah I have videos on that hun please watch all of my review videos also it depends on your clients measurements and how long they want the train a gown can take 4 to 7 yards depends on design style and size plus the length of fabric

      It will look like a basic seam! Depending on what fabric you use it won't look like it's pulling / you will need a good base fabric for the top or a heavier one !
