He released PAIN? in 2020 and it is still one of my favorite albums of all time. He released many more projects and songs that I still consider great pieces of work, including his latest album. Alot of his works seemed experimental, and even though alot of it worked, it also just didnt feel inspired. It was like he didnt want to write them. Many people didnt hear Weef in his prime, and they just disregard him as trash because they listen to his experimental and SoundCloud inspired works. There are so many good songs that Weef has that are never talked about, and I highly recommend diving deep into his discography before considering him a bad artist. This new album shows hope that he still has passion, so Im excited for him to break free of the “washed up soundcloud rapper” title eventually.
