If you want to buy everything do Lester's first assassination mission then wait until after big heist payday to finish his missions. If Michael has $60,500 he can start and finish the Epsilon quests with $2.1 million. Rest until morning before starting anything. It's easier to play in daylight and more fun. On the left side of the observatory near a telescope is a sniper rifle. It respawns so everyone can have. Thanks it was fun to watch. Be safe, have fun and be happy.
