Pile 1- Resonated because I been wanting to leave my job for years because of the "round and round" and lack of appreciation. The majority of my coworkers are cool and since I have known them for a while, we have the same gripes and some of them voice their perspectives that fall on deaf ears. It is the system that is terrible, especially when dealing with children and their perspectives are horrible. I am just waiting for the right opportunity and starting to apply to some opportunities that I think will lead me to the next step. I am also trying to graduate university and my current work schedule and the classes that I need times are in conflict. That is another reason I want to leave.
Shanna, I picked pile 1 and yes, it's a big family business that pays more than whatever else around but the corporate is stifling! So rigid that I have to write texts using templates. A free spirit like me is constantly being tempered.. I want to leave and they're holding court weekly giving me negative evaluations but I have to endure that now because I haven't have anything lined up, at least as well paid (by well paid I mean only enough to cover my living cost)
@@friturefriture I understand. What might give you a sense of freedom is starting to work on a plan b, like researching the marking, looking up ads. The sense of having an alternative will unlock your perspective :)

Pile 2: here's hoping. I'm trying to get things started, just waiting on people to organize a bit more. This is a nice sign to keep at it for me.

Thank you Shanna! 🙏 I am searching for a job after a period of illness and I am pretty down but pile 2 really uplifted me and gave me hope ❤
