My nice had/has constipation problems. But what really helped was water blended with oats. Once or twice a day. Just make sure he finish it within an hour. It goes bad fast. I hope it helps him as well.

I had a tick when I was in elementary/middle school, I did that with my eyes as well it was stress and anxiety. It comes and goes
