For Cyclone & Heat memory, that is the mode for W as they were performing twin maximum drive (in the respective base form).
Twin maximum was once used in the series by Heat Trigger, trying to stop Weather dopant. But twin maximum is dangerous as it will damage the user and hence we don't see it many times.
I love the silver under coating on translucent parts, so much that I do it on nearly everyone of my rider toys that have it lol. I plan to do it to all my vistamps that come in next week

The Orange Memory sounds suspiciously like the Orange Lockseed.
I really want this set. That way, I can get a cyclone memory that’s less glitchy. For some reason, when I open the double driver, it makes the deactivation sound, and sometimes the standby jingle just keeps going. Weird.
Actually, even though these are CSM Gaia memories, they function like gashapon/candy toy versions.
I want them to release the rest of the manga gaia memories

That repeating sound is 'Twin Maximum Drive'. I don't know about the Cyclone one, but for Heat Memory, Shotaro uses it with Trigger Memory to perform a powerful attack against Weather Dopant. I just can't remember the exact episode 😄
