He/she didn't say that she would 'want' 5o live a 9-5 life. Of course she doesn't. But if she is stressed now, imagine how stressed she would be with a regular check to check life. If you are a perfectionist you are in every job you do. I am too and I can't help it wherever I have worked. So it doesn't matter what job you do if you are a perfectionist. But also being a perfectionist doesn't necessarily implies that you are hard to work with or mean. One can be strict and at the same time find a nicer way of saying what they want. Except if you facing unacceptable or completely unprofessional behaviors.
By the way, it's good for her for living her full potential and she has worked hard, but don't forget how lucky she was. She had the the most favorable circumstances e.g. A dance teacher that saw her talent, a family that had the financial means and will to support and promote her at first place, a father who quit his job to manage her later e.t.c. Not everyone has all the right circumstances set in place for them
