hello! I just tested it now. it does not double the effect of the buff, but rather it stacks up faster. for example: for the Treasure Mountain Dragon Pot - every 0.5 sec increases dmg and mdmg by 10%, up to 5 stacks. cooking ends after 1.5sec > on 6/7, it can only buff up to 30% dmg (because every 0.5 sec = 10% dmg, so with 1.5 sec cooking time it becomes 30% only) but with 7/7, because Lan Fei will cook the identical dish, it instantly stacks up to 5x resulting in 50% dmg/mdmg buff. for the Miracle Comet Fried Rice - every 0.5sec provides damage absorbing shield (and apparently can stack up to 6x, I just learned about it now) based on percentage of this matk, and cooking ends after 1.5sec > same as Treasure Mountain Dragon Pot, it only stacks up to 3x due to (every 0.5 sec the HP shield buff gain a stack, and cooking ends after 1.5 sec) but with 7/7 it can instantly stack up to 6x HP shield. as for the Crystal Phoenix (grants death immunity for 5sec) on 7/7, if the cooking succeeds it will leave “2” dishes on the ground (which you and your team mates can walk by to gain the death immunity buff) whereas if only 6/7, it will only leave 1 dish on the ground.
only if with full insight 4 enchants equips and I also used fire witch star card just to reach 200% I think its still advisable to use ignore magic def AE, just to be sure. and so that you have an option to use better cards for accessories (for more dmg boost like, skill dmg%, mpen% or magic crit)
100% depo.. casual?.. semi casual?.. where can i get those luck? Careful with the words and term you use.. casual players are not even close to 100% depo.. equipment maybe.. but night and day difference for low depos.. this is the prob with fellow whales, that immediately got high damage not experiencing what "casual player" really is. It does not matter if equipment is identical but with depos are low.. still cannot dish-out that damage and solo an instance.. try to make a new account and experiment from there. Not unloading those 1% gachas to reduce depo stats
@@boyingmachete3255 that is a close beta test account tho, and I ensure you that my ID in the live server is not whale 😉 I have utility main ID in live server, but I can solo the instances (excluding airship of course) sure, I'm lucky on pulling the 1% depos. but have a really bad luck on refining and pulling mvps from king poring. I'm playing since the start but so few +15 gears, still using refine transfer up to this day. so can you still call that lucky? not every player have the same luck, you know. and it all depends on how you are going to manage your account tho. if you are unlucky with pulling 1% depos then maybe pump up your atk/matk depo and save zeny for good cards? I know someone who is exactly like that and I ensure you his damage is really good, you will think he's close to a whale account, even though he is not. 😄 anyways, thank you for the advice on term usage. will work on that one, thank you! 😊
100% is applicable to semi casual or occasional spender especially who played since day1 there nothing GODLY on his equip besides that lov relic to which even f2p player can craft to be fair this collab cost 300BCC and its not for everyone, especially those who claim "f2p" his current setup on that Experiments looks f2p to me at the current point of the game. those f2p claimants and newbie who is stuck with +10-12 equip and expect to carry some instance better stop their delusions

The short explanation is at 7/7 core your DPS is faster
So we can achieve 200% ignore mdef without using ignore mdef AE offhand
