I have adhd and I've been practicing meditation a few times per week using guided meditation. It has helped. I am finally going to start meditating while trying to auto write or at least write down what I'm thinking while I meditate. I am not a Journaling person, so this is a new challenge for me.
I am a Scorpio, we're constantly changing, I would say we meditate a lot, all day really, tapped into our intuition and discernment at all times, at least the evolved Scorpios
My dreams were very intense last night, I felt such deep love and compassion for a person who did me wrong. Forgiveness & Heart chakra work happening in my subconscious.
My goal is to sell my house, purge all my clutter, and plan on moving to Costa Rica for the winters. Slow moning, but moving forward to be in a better place, all the way around!
In regards to the Internet and how to communicate with the collective, that is the best way. You can reach millions of people that you just wouldn’t be able to reach if it wasn’t accessible. There’s always bad with the good and you have to filter that out yourself, but it is a tool of opportunity. For the greater good I have a very fast moving monkey mind and I have taught myself how to meditate and it’s one of those things that once you begin, you will be asking yourself. Why didn’t I do this along time ago. Thank you for everything you do and we all appreciate you very much so.😊☀️🦋🌕💕
People struggle to meditate but will jump online quickly to scroll mindlessly on social media. I was 5 yrs old when I used to sit with my dad for meditation. I used to fall asleep in less than that! Took me till I was 12-14 to understand the importance of prayer and meditation! Good luck everyone! 😇

Or just let your ADHD run your life … Free will … it’s there if you want it. I choose to be the creator of my life. I don’t choose my calling so much though. But the way I see it is the toughest jobs are gonna be given to the toughest soldiers. Call me naïve or silly … It makes me feel better about it. It’s the Ying and Yang . And a job that is gonna test me on my heart space. I don’t know why this position was chosen for me or I chose it. Should I say.. Because I knew I could do it. I’ve always considered myself a warrior and not a victim. Which the universe was guiding me my entire life and I have no clue. But I did question everything that struck me as off. And I studied people and their actions, especially in my circumstances that’s one of my scholars should I say.. lol
Yep they can give us all the labels they want like ADHD or ADD or bipolar or dissociative disorders or avoidant xcetera but all that means is a maladaptive response to Childhood trauma and neglect. It doesn't need a label❤ that just means you were the one sensitive to the dysfunctional and toxic energies that were unseen within the home that no one could sense because you were more connected to your higher self as a child❤ I would likely be labeled ADD because we are more creative beings not meant to fit in, here to show the way... yet parents don't learn from children as they should, they expect everyone to fit into their dysfunction, as they're trying to fit into a dysfunctional society and culture😢 people are shocked when I tell them how easy it is for me to meditate.❤ when you heal the trauma and the wounding, you're not hyper Vigilant or outside of yourself, you are more fully present because you're focused on you and your own self love❤
Im an Aquarius and i dont have a smartphone, never thought it was something i would need, Im a nature person, and dont see the beauty of all the tech at all. We are so much more . Still I understand that people who are very insecure and feel not very much in connection, would embrace all of it and then after decades realize they fooled themselves into that beliefsystem. Aquarius has its shadowside just as any other era. This probably is it.

I study unity programming for mobile apps, game development, cinema, and other various things. The internet can be good but not if adversaries are constantly targeting people while they are trying to have a conference. Noise cancelation would help.

Sounds great MJ but in the UK people are getting locked up for tweets and losing their homes and their lives in some cases. So lots of people backing away from the internet. I protect myself. But to be honest I step back and take time to word things in a way that won't get me locked up hopefully❤
The person that said she hasn’t changed may be somewhat right. She might still love the same stuff she always loved from when she was young.
