  • Our director, Professor Andy Tatem, discusses the demographic data challenges we face in our work with countries and how we overcome them - focusing especially on our work with GRID3, the UNFPA and the Countdown to 2030 programme. Andy explains different approaches to producing population estimates - both bottom up and top down - as well as Baysian modelling.
